We are now looking for a structured cashier manager for Ica Kvantum Märsta who sees opportunities instead of problems and has the attitude to contribute to a good working environment together with your colleagues.

We are looking for someone with experience from a similar position, preferably from ICA.

The position involves participating in and taking responsibility for the daily operations in the checkout line. You are responsible for ensuring that the department's routines and goals are followed and developed. As a cashier manager, it is important that you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You have the ability to motivate, engage, educate, and above all involve your employees.

Job Responsibilities

As a cashier manager, you are responsible for the daily operations in the checkout line. You will be a cashier yourself and responsible for the cash staff. You will work directly under the store manager.

You are open, honest, and used to working in a leadership position. You will be responsible for the overall impression in the checkout line, updating routines and working methods to achieve an efficient and well-functioning checkout line with all that it entails. You will work towards and live up to set budget goals. As a cashier manager, you are responsible for the reporting of daily cash, ordering change, consumables, and various follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a department manager in the grocery retail sector

• Knowledge of ICA's internal systems AoB, Store Office, Minibutik

• Knowledge in store economics

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
