We are looking for a store manager and sales associates for our new store in Farsta Centrum. The store manager position is a full-time role starting in mid/late August. Sales associates can be full-time and/or part-time, also starting in mid/late August.

As a store manager and sales associate at JOY, you will be responsible for sales and operations of our store in Farsta. You should be a skilled salesperson with a focus on customer satisfaction and service. Our offering includes extensive assistance and service in dressing women and helping them find complete outfits.

The JOY brand has a long and proud history that began in 1971 when the first store opened in Gothenburg. The brand was acquired by new owners in 2021, who launched a modern and more digital version of JOY. Today, the chain has an extensive e-commerce platform and 5 physical stores in Sweden. At the relaunch, many of JOY's most appreciated clothing models were carried forward and have since been complemented with new models – always focusing on flattering fit, thoughtful design, and timeless style.
