We are now looking for you who want to take the next step in your career - as an assistant store manager with us at Circle K Järva Krog. The station is open 24/7 and has a strong focus on sales, food, and delivering world-class customer experiences. The position is full-time and is permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. The schedule for this position is rolling, and shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. To be eligible for the position with us, you need to have a driver's license. In this role, you will combine service and leadership and be an important part of the daily operations alongside the store manager. As part of your development, you will have the opportunity to participate in Circle K's nine-month certification program where you strengthen your leadership and business understanding, with the goal of eventually taking on the role of store manager.

In this role, you will have a monthly salary of 29,800-33,600 SEK, your exact salary level is based on your previous experience in service and is verified by presenting employer certificates during the recruitment process. For this position, you need to be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EES country, have permanent residency in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with the right to work. You must be able to verify your citizenship or your right to work in Sweden during the recruitment process. In addition to your monthly salary, you will receive additional compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Does this sound interesting?
