About the role

In the role of sales administrator at Lendo, you belong to a smaller team and report to the team leader of the department. Your main focus is to proactively assist customers with their financial situation and generate leads for cross-selling to other departments through outgoing calls, with the phone as your primary working tool.

Job responsibilities

The role involves analyzing customers' needs through outgoing phone contact and proactively offering suitable solutions within Lendo's service portfolio, with the goal of generating new business opportunities and contributing to customers' financial well-being. You will, among other things:

  • Contact customers via outgoing calls for cross-selling
  • Conduct needs analyses to understand the customer's financial situation
  • Guide customers through the loan application process
  • Follow up on incoming bids and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Generate leads for other departments within Lendo
  • Use Lendo's internal admin system for customer management
  • Work goal-oriented with commission and sales targets

We are looking for someone who

  • Has completed high school
  • Possesses basic experience in telephone sales and previous experience in outbound sales
  • Has good computer and system skills
  • Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, as contact with customers is in Swedish

It is an advantage if you have

  • Knowledge of personal loans or mortgages
  • Advanced ability to conduct needs analyses and provide advice
