About the position

As an insurance broker in Lendo's new initiative, you will play a key role in developing relationships with existing insurance customers. You will contact customers who already have insurance through Lendo and offer complementary insurance based on the customer's needs. You will work towards clear goals and receive continuous coaching and support from your immediate manager.

You will be part of a team of eleven insurance salespeople where collaboration and team spirit are central. The position begins with a solid introduction that includes training in sales, Lendo's products, and the industry. You will also have the opportunity to listen in on calls with colleagues to develop your own sales skills. Your development will continue with ongoing training and coaching – both from your manager and our experienced salespeople.

Job Responsibilities

It’s about listening, understanding, and guiding Lendo's insurance customers – not forcing anyone into something they don't need. Here’s a selection of what you will do on a typical day:

📞 Contact existing insurance customers by phone – individuals who have one of Lendo's insurances today but not the complete package.

💡 Conduct needs analyses and guide the customer to the right insurance solution.

🚀 Identify business opportunities and create added value for the customer.

🔍 You create security. Insurance can be difficult to understand, but you make it easy for the customer by explaining Lendo's insurance products in a simple and clear way.

🎯 Work with high phone activity and clear goals.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has completed high school.
  • Has experience in sales, preferably via phone. It is important that you have a natural sense for sales and a desire to create customer value where you see an opportunity in every call.
  • Is communicative, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and has a good command of English.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • You enjoy talking to people. You quickly build trust and make customers feel comfortable.
  • You are service-oriented. Your goal is always for the customer to feel secure and satisfied with their choice.
  • You enjoy working towards goals. Not because someone forces you, but because you like the feeling of success.
