Eunify Solutions is a rapidly growing Swedish consulting company operating at the intersection of IT and public funding. Since its inception in 2024, based in central Stockholm, the company has quickly established a clear position in the market. The focus is on helping small and medium-sized enterprises maximize their financial potential through tax incentives and support, such as energy tax deductions, R&D deductions, and climate investment programs.
The company is in an expansion phase and is now looking for a Meeting Scheduler who wants to contribute to the ongoing growth journey.
The RoleAs a Meeting Scheduler, you will be an important part of the sales organization. You will be responsible for contacting decision-makers, primarily within the SME segment, and booking quality meetings.
This is a role for you who enjoys customer contact via phone, is skilled at building trust, and has the ability to identify customer needs. With curiosity, business acumen, and energy, you contribute to creating new business opportunities. You are likely at the beginning of your career and have some prior experience in sales or meeting scheduling via phone.
Examples of Responsibilities
- Initiate first contact and establish relationships with potential customers
- Map needs and spark interest in relevant solutions
- Book meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to drive joint results
We are looking for someone who
- Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish and English
- Has a professional and trustworthy presence on the phone
- Is structured and motivated by working towards clear goals
- Has an interest in sales and business development
- Thrives in a fast-growing environment and wants to contribute to the company's journey
Some form of prior experience in sales or meeting scheduling via phone is required.
