We are looking for a new Franchisee for our Circle K station in Vaxholm!

The station has a very good location in Vaxholm, right by the main thoroughfare and within walking distance from the center. It's simply impossible to miss! The business includes a store, car wash, and vehicle and trailer rental.

As a Franchisee in Circle K Sweden AB, you gain access to a strong concept and a brand with a good reputation. You operate the service station as an independent entrepreneur in your own limited company and collaborate loyally within Circle K's concept. Circle K is now preparing for the future - with knowledgeable and motivated employees and a clear customer offering, we aim to be the best in the industry in terms of service & quality. We want to make our customers' everyday lives easier by being brave, open, engaged, and caring.

We are looking for someone who is business-driven and passionate about running a service station under a strong brand. You will benefit from all the advantages of a large company, such as purchasing terms and marketing. Your station and your work will be an important link in a well-established and strong station chain.

You are a good leader who understands the importance of motivating and leading your employees. You have a focus on details and a good grasp of the overall business. Quality and customer service are key concepts in how you run the business.

You should have good financial skills and preferably have experience from similar operations.

Revenue for Circle K Vaxholm:

• Fuel: 3,000,000 liters
• Store: 12,750,000 SEK
• Car Wash: 2,700,000 SEK
• Rental: 635,000 SEK

Overall, it involves a business of about four million for inventory, stock, and transfer.

Start date is planned for after summer 2026 and as agreed.
