You will step into a central role in a comprehensive IT transformation where a modern and scalable end-to-end logistics platform is being built. The environment includes a new ERP, new WMS, and an upgraded TMS landscape, focusing on creating sustainable working methods and stronger support for transport flows.

As a Business Analyst in transport, you work closely with the business, product teams, and architects. You translate needs into clear requirements, structured processes, and functional solutions within TMS. Here, you will work in a complex logistics environment where you contribute both strategically and operationally, with a clear link to business benefits and quality.

• Identify, analyze, and describe business needs within the transport area and translate them into requirements for TMS solutions.
• Support the design and further development of the logistics platform so that TMS supports transport flows, master data, planning, and order management.
• Document and visualize processes, use cases, and information flows between TMS, ERP, and WMS.
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and alignment meetings, and act as a key contact between the business and IT.
• Ensure that requirements are traceable, prioritized, and anchored with the right stakeholders.
• Collaborate with solution architects and product teams on functional design and detailed user stories.
• Contribute to test planning, acceptance testing, and quality assurance of new features.
• Analyze transport data, identify improvement opportunities, and support decisions with data-driven insights.
• Support the implementation and rollout of new working methods through change management and training.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent in logistics, supply chain, or transport.
• Good understanding of transport processes, order flows, planning, and master data.
• Experience with TMS platforms and their role in the logistics system landscape.
• Very good ability to analyze, document, and structure information.
• Experience working in larger transformation or implementation projects.
• Experience working cross-functionally with the business, product teams, and architects.

• Experience from FMCG, wholesale, or grocery logistics.
• Experience in logistics-intensive environments with complex flows and multiple integrated systems.

• Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
