Do you want to work as a KYC analyst in a fast-paced environment with clear demands and great development opportunities? We are now looking for KYC analysts for our client during a period of change and growth.

About the position

As a KYC consultant, you will work with complex customer cases. The role involves taking responsibility for analyses, communicating internally, and actively contributing to the team's expertise and development in the KYC area.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process KYC cases (CDD/EDD/ODD), including complex customer structures and beneficial ownership investigations
  • Conduct risk-based analyses with a critical and investigative approach
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, act as an advisor, and present cases
  • Contribute to the development of processes and test and evaluate new working methods and functions

We are looking for someone who

  • Has a post-secondary education in finance or similar
  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Has 1-3 years of experience in KYC work, preferably with corporate clients or more complex cases
  • Has a good understanding of AML/CTF regulations and how they are implemented in practice
  • Is confident in your assessments and has sharp analytical thinking
  • Is fearless, takes responsibility, and dares to engage in discussions and meetings

It is a merit if you have

  • Experience from a banking environment with a good ability to make secure assessments quickly
