About the role
In the role of recruitment partner, you will work both operationally and strategically to attract and recruit healthcare professionals to our owner-operated clinics. You have a curious and development-driven approach and are involved in shaping our processes, tools, and ways of working – all to make us faster, more accurate, and even more attractive as an employer.
Your daily work is varied and combines traditional recruitment work with proactive networking. You will work closely with the operations and drive the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring. This includes developing job profiles, writing engaging job ads, and actively working in relevant channels such as LinkedIn, social media, as well as through fairs and events. You will build long-term candidate networks, which you maintain in a natural way.
The role also includes being responsible for conducting personality tests on both prospective owners and other key personnel within the organization, and today we work with suppliers Assessio and Hogan assessments.
With these tasks, you will have close collaboration with both owners, operational managers, business coaches, as well as colleagues in HR and marketing/communication, where relationships and trust are central.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with 2-5 years of recruitment experience who thrives in a role that combines structure with relationship building. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, but not a requirement. You have experience in proactive recruitment, are comfortable using LinkedIn as a tool, and have a habit of building and maintaining candidate networks over time.
You take natural ownership of your processes and drive them forward in close collaboration with your requester. With a confident and professional demeanor, you create trust and guide them through the entire recruitment journey from job profile to hiring.
As a person, you are independent, structured, and solution-oriented.
You have good communication skills, enjoy challenges, and like to work in an environment where everything is not fully formatted but where opportunities are greater. With an unpretentious attitude, you tackle everything from strategic initiatives to operational recruitment in your daily work.
To succeed in this role, you are trustworthy and have high integrity, combined with an outgoing manner that allows you to easily build relationships and connect with people in various contexts.
We see that you have at least two years of experience working with personality tests in connection with recruitment.
