Randstad is now looking for mobile receptionists for our service pool in central and northern Stockholm, starting as agreed. We have several clients with receptions, such as law firms, banks, and real estate companies. This can make your day both exciting and varied. Not because you rush between different workplaces, but because one day is not always like the other. For example, you might work one or a few days at one place and then get to work at other workplaces. Mostly, you will be a receptionist, but there are also days when you act as an Office Hostess, switchboard operator, and office janitor. Of course, you will always receive a good introduction and training so that you feel comfortable with what is expected of you. 

We believe that you enjoy variety and are flexible, just like your colleagues in our service pool today. In the role of mobile receptionist, you will be trained at between 10-15 workplaces and then rotate between them. Here, you will have varied workplaces and work environments as well as the opportunity to broaden your network – perfect for you who are at the beginning of your career.

To succeed in the role of receptionist, you are social and like to take initiative. You see it as an opportunity to work in an environment where there is both high and low ceilings and are not afraid to take charge where needed. Qualifications

You need: 

• A completed high school education 
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. 

We consider it an advantage (not a requirement) if you have service experience (from, for example, retail or restaurants) and good knowledge of the Office suite.
