About the AssignmentYou will step into a strategic role with a socially important player in the energy sector that wants to take the next step in its agile transformation journey. The IT division currently works with PPS and Pm3 in combination with agile methodologies, but the ambition is to create a more coordinated and efficient model for the entire organization.
Here you will act as both an agile coach and a change leader at a strategic level. You will work closely with management and key personnel in a complex IT environment where the focus is on increased agility, stronger cross-functional collaboration, and long-term value creation. This role is suitable for you who want to genuinely influence organizational structure, leadership, and working methods.
ResponsibilitiesYou will drive the change forward by combining strategic work with practical coaching and facilitation. In this role, you will:
- coach and support management teams, middle managers, and other key personnel in agile leadership
- analyze current working methods and develop agile strategies and change plans
- enhance collaboration between departments, units, and teams to strengthen cross-functional work
- ensure that agile methods such as SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and the Spotify model are adapted to the organization's needs
- lead the change and cultural transformation within the IT organization
- identify organizational barriers and facilitate solutions that increase efficiency
- evaluate and improve the agile maturity of the organization
- train in agile methods, mindset, and principles, and share knowledge in workshops and training initiatives
To succeed in this assignment, we expect you to have:
- at least 15 years of experience in change management
- at least 10 years of experience in a dedicated role as an agile coach
- at least 5 years of experience leading agile change initiatives in medium to large organizations with at least 500 employees
- at least 5 years of experience coaching management teams at the highest level in IT organizations with at least 150 employees in agile methodologies
- at least 5 years of experience working as a manager and in that role being a member of and working in the top management team for IT organizations with at least 150 employees
- experience with at least 3 agile frameworks and methods, such as Scrum, Kanban, LEAN, SAFe, LeSS, Scrum@Scale, and the Spotify model
- at least 15 years of experience in workshop facilitation
- experience leading courses and giving presentations at conferences in the agile field at least five times
- fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- good pedagogical skills and a very good ability to build trust at both management level and other levels in the organization
- the ability to undergo and pass a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)
It is especially interesting if you also have:
- at least 2 years of experience as an agile coach in the public sector
- at least 2 years of experience in highly classified operations
- Permanent employment with Avaron AB
- Pension plan (4.5% up to 7.5 IBB and 30% on salary above that)
- Wellness allowance of 5,000 SEK per year
