We are growing and are now looking for an experienced and committed coordinator who wants to become a key person in our organization. In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and the operations manager, and become an important part of our continued development.

With us, you will meet a family-like and supportive work environment where you work closely with a competent management team. You will also have support from both the deputy operations manager and HR – we believe in collaboration and succeeding together.

About the position

As a coordinator, you have a central role in the organization with responsibility for both planning and administration.

Your main tasks:

• Schedule planning and staffing of employees
• Administrative tasks such as orders (meal boxes, etc.)
• Implementation of decisions and follow-up
• Management of key receipts
• Office responsibility – creating structure, order, and a pleasant environment
• Welcoming new clients

The working hours are during office hours: Monday–Friday from 07:00 to 15:30. On-call evenings and weekends are included in the position.

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, structured, solution-oriented, and meticulous – and who thrives in a role where you can take on significant responsibility.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

• Have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Have good computer skills and find it easy to work in various systems
• Are self-driven, proactive, and meticulous
• Have experience in administrative work, preferably within social services, home care, LSS, or housing
• Have experience in planning within elderly care (requirement)

Meritorious:

• You are used to working in digital operational systems, such as LifeCare, ParaSoL, and our internal planning system Carefox.
• Have a B driver's license and access to your own car

Our offices are located in Haninge, Vällingby, and Nynäshamn. The position is primarily based in Haninge/Nynäshamn, but there is an opportunity to work from several offices.
