We are now looking for a team member for our client in Bromma, Stockholm. They are a multinational company with strong future visions. There are good opportunities for development.

Job Responsibilities

Your main task will be to work with customer service and order management. Both for private customers but mostly for B2B. You will receive incoming calls and respond to customers' questions and inquiries via phone and email. Your role will also include administrative work.

Attributes

To fit into this role, it is important that you have a pronounced service mindset, are solution-oriented, and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. You should also be stress-resistant and have a good ability to listen to and understand the customer's needs.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Danish in spoken and written form

• Good knowledge of Swedish in spoken and written form

• Good computer skills

• Previous experience in customer service and order management

• Familiar with systems and experience with SAP
