YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a receptionist for our client on weekdays every other week, where you will be available for work between 08:00-17:00. The client is a family-oriented and established company in the industry with an office located in central Stockholm near T-Centralen. Depending on your flexibility, there will also be opportunities to work on assignments for other clients.

YOUR ROLE

In your role, you will ensure that all employees receive the best possible service. This includes personal interaction, ensuring that the office is in exemplary condition, and always working proactively with the intention that employees feel comfortable in their workplace. This is a dynamic and varied role and suits you if you thrive in a bustling environment.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome and greet visitors

• Ensure the office is in top condition

• Email, chat, and phone management

• Prepare events

• Arrange coffee, tea, and food orders

You have a natural inclination for service and would describe yourself as a positive, social, and flexible person. Furthermore, we see that you are stress-resistant, proactive, unpretentious, and can handle different types of people and situations. To thrive in the role, you enjoy when things are happening, but you can also manage a calmer pace.

• Experience from a previous service job

• Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a role as a conference host or receptionist

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
