Grafair Jet Center is one of the world's most appreciated business aviation terminals, offering a service level of the highest international standard. For the past 20 years, Grafair Jet Center has handled the majority of all business and private flights visiting Stockholm, and since January 2025, they also manage all scheduled regular traffic at the airport. At Grafair Jet Center, you will be part of a family-like team where safety, precision, and service are always the highest priority.
This is a full-time shift position with an average working time of 36.1 hours per week. The schedule rotates every three weeks and includes both day and evening shifts as well as every third weekend.
The position is performed in a security-controlled area, which requires a criminal record extract and proof of work or studies from the last five years.
YOUR ROLE
As a Handling Agent at Grafair Jet Center, you will coordinate all ground services for visiting business and private flights, take care of passengers and crews, and manage the reception. This role is perfect for you if you have previous service experience in the hotel, travel, or aviation industry and are looking for a new challenge!
Job responsibilities:
Welcome and provide the best possible service to visiting passengers and crews. Everything from serving coffee or champagne to washing an aircraft's linens or handling dishes.
Standard reception duties such as answering the phone, email management, package deliveries, etc.
Other tasks related to business aviation, such as hotel bookings, catering orders, booking taxis or limousines, receipt and cash handling, slot applications, and much more ad hoc.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have a natural inclination for service and a positive attitude. You are willing to pitch in where needed and have the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and think quickly. Furthermore, you are accustomed to working in a structured manner and prioritizing, and you have a good ability to read situations. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, solution-oriented, meticulous, and communicative. You also have a high level of integrity. Now you are ready to take your service to the next level and develop in a varied role.
You who apply meet the following requirements:
Have previous service experience, preferably from reception work or the hotel, travel, or aviation industry.
Have good computer skills and can easily familiarize yourself with new systems.
Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
