ABOUT THE POSITION

The position involves managing the ongoing work with participants seeking jobs within our labor market services. You will mentor several individuals simultaneously, document in systems, support them in their job search, and match them with the labor market. You will do this in both individual meetings with participants and in groups, including holding seminars and lectures. Participants will benefit from the services that you plan together with them to help them enter the workforce, which you will coordinate. If participants are assessed to need training before employment, you will assist them in this.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education with at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system).
• Work experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work may also be accepted if the total working hours correspond to full-time over two (2) years.
