We are looking for a senior consultant/insurance administrator with solid expertise in occupational pensions and the Lumera insurance system. The assignment is linked to an ongoing migration of occupational pensions and includes work before, during, and after the migration.

You will be an important part of the team and contribute with specialist knowledge in Lumera, preferably with experience in third-party insurance.

• Support the team before and after migration

• Write instructions and documentation

• Participate in and drive testing related to migration

• Be responsible for training and knowledge transfer within Lumera

• Provide support in the business regarding occupational pensions and system management

You need to be confident in conducting training and working systematically with documentation and testing.

Requirements for the position:

• Very high competence in Lumera

• 6–10 years of experience as a consultant in the relevant field

• Solid experience in occupational pensions

• Experience in testing related to system migration

• Familiarity with writing instructions and process documentation

• Experience in training/education

• Meritorious with experience in third-party insurance

• High competence in the relevant field

• Participated in several similar assignments with different clients

• Ability to take primary responsibility for assigned tasks

• Ability to lead and drive work independently

• Ability to serve as a role model and support for more junior colleagues
