Our Mission:

Avanzera is now looking for a junior accounting assistant in accounts payable for an assignment with one of our clients. This is a great opportunity for you who are at the beginning of your career and want to build a solid foundation in finance in a safe and learning environment.

Responsibilities:

You will work in an accounting team where you will play an important role in managing the company's accounts payable. You will be part of a very nice and supportive group, where there are good opportunities to develop and receive guidance in your daily work.

Your tasks will include:

• Registration and coding of supplier invoices
• Management of approval flows
• Contact with suppliers
• Support in other finance-related tasks as needed

Your Background:

We are looking for someone with an education in finance who has had an initial insight into the field, for example through internships, part-time work, or summer jobs.

To thrive in this role, we prefer that you have:

• Post-secondary education in finance
• Basic understanding of accounting
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

Personal Qualities:

To thrive in this role, we believe you are meticulous, responsible, and have a structured working method. You are unpretentious, curious, and have a desire to learn more about finance.

Start: By agreement
Scope: Full-time
Assignment length: At least until December 2026, with good chances of extension.
