About us

Humaniora Care and Support is the municipal provider in Solna municipality.

We are responsible for various assistance services, including personal assistance, escorting, respite care, contact persons, and contact families. We are now looking for a coordinator responsible for escorting, respite services, and contact persons, as well as staffing within personal assistance.

What does the job entail?

As a coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that the decided interventions according to SoL and LSS are implemented with high quality and based on individual needs. You are responsible for coordinating interventions within escorting, respite care, and contact persons, as well as working with staffing within personal assistance.

Your duties include meeting users to assess needs and wishes, recruiting staff, and matching users with the right person. You will have ongoing contact with users, relatives, and caseworkers, and you will be responsible for documentation, follow-up, and other administration.

The role also includes responsibility for staffing within personal assistance, where you work both operationally and strategically. You handle sick leave and absences, solve urgent staffing needs, and plan schedules in accordance with applicable agreements and regulations.

Who are we looking for?

You have:

• relevant higher education in behavioral science or social science, or other education that we consider equivalent
• good digital competence and experience working with operational systems
• good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you have:

• experience in the area of disabilities
• experience working with interventions under LSS or SoL
• experience with operational systems such as LifeCare, TimeCare, or Heroma

As a person, you are confident in meeting people and find it easy to collaborate. You work in a structured and organized manner, can prioritize on the spot, and take responsibility for independently driving your own work forward within the framework of the assignment.
