Senior Business Controller – Stockholm

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Business Controller for a long-term consulting assignment in Stockholm. Here you will have a business-oriented role where you act as a business partner and drive analysis, follow-up, and development of financial management.

About the assignment In this role, you will work closely with the operations and maintenance departments and provide qualified decision support. You will analyze outcomes, identify deviations, and drive improvements related to costs, productivity, and resource utilization.

You will also be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up, as well as contributing to the development of management models and working methods.

Examples of tasks • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and follow-up • Analyze financial outcomes and suggest actions • Act as a business partner to operational managers • Develop financial management and follow-up • Monitor investments and business cases

Qualifications • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Controller • Experience from operational activities (production, maintenance, logistics, or similar) • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven work (e.g., Power BI) • Good understanding of cost drivers and efficiency in resource-intensive operations • Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a merit if you have experience with transfer pricing or internal service flows.
