Personnel Officer for the Swedish Armed Forces Cyber Defence Command

The Swedish Armed Forces play a central role in the development and strengthening of Sweden's cyber defence. The development of the Armed Forces' cyber defence is part of the broader effort to strengthen total defence and the Armed Forces' operational capability. The Armed Forces' systems are subjected to daily stress from foreign actors.

In connection with the growth of CFL, we are now looking for a Personnel Officer.

Main Responsibilities

Here, you will work together with a forward-looking team to develop and build a world-class personnel supply system for the Cyber Defence.

You will work with staffing and succession planning for our military personnel. You will also serve as a coach and mentor for our younger officers at schools, ensuring they feel welcome in the Swedish Armed Forces and well-supported within the Cyber Defence.

You will also act as a contact person and unifying force for our personnel undergoing advanced training or serving in international assignments. In this role, you are responsible for the Cyber Defence's routines regarding advanced training and international service.

You will have an active role in working with our units, maintaining good dialogue and routines to enable a world-class personnel supply.

Additionally, you will work on developing the curriculum for military positions within the Cyber Defence, with the aim of developing military spearhead competence in cyber defence.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Professional officer rank at least SO-6, or civilian with competence assessed as equivalent by the employer.
• Good ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish and English.
• Category B driver's license.

Meritorious Qualifications

• Education in and/or experience from personnel services.
• Experience in training coordination.

• Employment Type: Permanent. The Swedish Armed Forces apply a six-month probationary period for those not already employed by the agency.
