SJR is currently looking for an Accounts Assistant specializing in Customer Accounts Receivable for a consultancy assignment with an established company in the contracting and construction sector, located in Solna. The assignment runs for 12 months starting August 17th and is a full-time position.

About the Role

You will become part of a well-functioning finance department where collaboration, well-being, and quality are central to the work. The position is open due to a current employee going on parental leave, which means you will receive a structured introduction and good conditions to settle into the role.

Responsibilities

• Customer invoicing
• Registration of accounting entries
• Verification of reported expenses
• Ongoing administrative tasks within finance
• Other duties typical for a finance department

Suitable Background

We are looking for someone with a high school education in economics or equivalent, along with previous experience in a similar role. You should have a good understanding of financial processes and be comfortable working in a structured and sometimes repetitive workflow. Experience with business systems such as Agresso/Unit4 is a plus, as is previous work experience in the construction or contracting industry. Knowledge of reverse charge VAT is also considered an advantage, though not a requirement.
