Barona is proud to collaborate with Europeiska Motor, who are currently looking for another new star. In the role of receptionist at Europeiska Motor, you will hold the title of Customer Experience Manager. In this role, you will maintain the daily operations at Europeiska Motor's facilities – a job characterized by fantastic customer interactions, collaboration, and joy! You will also work in Europeiska Motor's switchboard, where you will assist in answering calls and managing bookings.
Job Description
As a Customer Experience Manager, you and your team will own everything that happens in the car showroom. You are the first person customers meet, and you are responsible for guiding customers through the showroom. You ask questions to identify the customer's needs before handing them over to a salesperson on site. In addition to physical customer interaction, you will also handle various administrative tasks.
The position is located in Vällingby with an immediate start.
Besides your immediate team, you will work closely with other departments such as sales, delivery, and service.
Other duties include:
- Organizing vehicles in the facility's fleet
- Maintaining a consistently high visual standard in the showroom
- Answering the facility's phone
- Parking inventory
- Inventory and purchase of office supplies
- Managing test drives
Your Profile

The role involves significant responsibility, which is why we believe you have good skills in structuring and prioritizing daily tasks. You always work together with colleagues, both within your department and in close collaboration with other departments.
We also look for the following qualifications:
- Valid driver's license (Category B)
- Experience in customer-facing service roles, such as retail
The Offer
You will be employed by Barona with additional benefits via collective agreement. The position is a full-time employment with working hours between 09:00 and 18:00, and the salary for this position is between 140 and 150 SEK per hour.
In addition, we are also looking for a part-time employee, where working hours may vary during weekdays and weekends. Weekend work primarily takes place between 11:00 and 15:00, and we can be flexible with the schedule to find solutions that suit you. This part-time role is ideal for students who wish to combine work with their studies. You will undergo training upon start-up that provides knowledge about service and the customer's products.
