We are looking for an engaged and experienced Digital Business Developer with a focus on data analysis and digitalization. You will become part of an open team of three people. The role suits you if you are analytical and outgoing, thrive working closely with the business, and want to take independent responsibility for driving business opportunities and building your own assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis to identify business opportunities, improvement potential, and decision support
• Work on and build reports in Microsoft Power BI
• Work with data lakes, data integration, and data quality to create scalable analysis solutions, as well as work with API integration
• Develop dashboards, reports, and models that support the business and management decision-making
• Collaborate with the team and business stakeholders to understand needs and deliver value
• Drive digitalization initiatives, propose improvements, and participate in implementation together with technical and business parties
• Proactively build your own business relationships and identify new assignments/internal commercial responsibility
• Combine technical analytical skills with the ability to present insights in a comprehensible and business-oriented manner

Competencies and Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in data analysis, BI, or similar roles
• Is accustomed to working with data lakes, data warehouses, and pipelines
• Is interested in digitalization, process automation, and business development
• Is fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
