Your Role

As an HR Specialist in Employment Law, you take overall responsibility for the company's collective bargaining negotiations and act as a strategic and operational support in complex cases. Through close and business-minded collaboration with the organization's leadership, you ensure that processes move forward and act as a proactive partner in all parts of the business – from headquarters out to daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

Educating, coaching, and equipping our leaders in employment law to give them confidence and the right tools for their leadership.
Initiating, driving, and participating in national development projects that contribute to raising the quality and efficiency of HR work.
Ensuring HR compliance through strategic risk assessments, clear communication, and ongoing follow-up.
Maintaining close contact and regular check-ins with our international departments in Germany.
Working close to operations and proactively supporting our regions, stores, and central warehouses through regular on-site visits.

You are part of an engaged team within employment law, working environment, and HR compliance, and you report to the Head of Employment Law & HR Compliance.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of HR Specialist in Employment Law, you are a trust-building relationship builder with a high level of ambition and strong business acumen. You have a natural problem-solving ability, thrive with many contact surfaces, and have the ability to explain complex issues in a pedagogical and business-relevant way.

We are looking for someone who has:

An academic degree in HR, Law, or equivalent, combined with several years of professional experience in qualified HR work.
Specialized expertise in employment law, making you confident in both the theoretical and practical application of collective agreements and in leading collective bargaining negotiations.
Experience acting as a strategic advisor and support to managers and leaders at various levels in the organization.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We consider it a plus if you also have:

Experience within retail and a practical understanding of retail collective agreements.
Knowledge of German.
A valid driver's license (Category B), as the role involves travel and visits to our various regions, stores, and central warehouses.
