About the role
As an HR Consultant at Tornberget Fastighetsförvaltning, you will serve as an operational and process-driven support to the HR Manager. Tornberget Fastighetsförvaltning is undergoing a system change and is looking for you who have good experience with personnel systems and the desire to be involved in the implementation of the new system. Your main task will be to provide operational and process-driven support to the HR Manager in their daily work.

Who are you?
For the role of HR Consultant, we are looking for you who have:

• Post-secondary education within HR
• Experience working in a similar role with a focus on driving processes
• Good system proficiency

Additional qualifications for the role include experience with Hogia Personal and experience with system implementation.
