To our office in central Stockholm, we are now looking for a Payroll Specialist who wants to become part of a fun, engaged team that works closely together.

Who are we?
Nordic Service Partners (NSP) was founded in 2004 and has grown to become one of Sweden's leading restaurant companies, focusing on fast-food restaurants. We are the leading franchisee for Burger King in Sweden and Denmark, and since 2015 also for KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) in Sweden, and we have now also launched KFC in Denmark. In total, the operations comprise around 90 restaurants distributed across the different brands.
Your main responsibilities:
- End-to-end payroll processing for two companies with both hourly and monthly paid employees.
- Ensuring that the company pays salaries in accordance with current laws and collective agreements.
- Accounting and reconciliations.
- Support and training for restaurant managers and other leaders.
- Reporting to authorities.
- Issuing employer certificates and certificates to employees.
- Continuously improving functions and routines in the payroll process.
You as a person:
- You enjoy providing support in payroll and personnel issues, as support and learning are a large part of our work. We work closely with our HR department, so we value interest in employment law issues.
- You like to work independently but also find it easy to collaborate in a team and build good relationships with your surroundings.
- As we constantly develop our processes and digital working methods, we see you as someone who is eager to influence and take on challenges.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work towards deadlines.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- Fluent communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and verbal.

Requirements include post-secondary education in the field or relevant work experience. Previous experience with the payroll system Agda and/or the scheduling program Quinyx is meritorious but not mandatory.
Permanent position, 100% with 40 hours per week (probation period of 6 months applies). Start date: ASAP, according to agreement.
The position is located at our office in Gamla Stan, Stockholm. The office is our primary workplace, but we offer a hybrid solution where working from home is possible according to agreement.
