You will step into a role where structure, pace, and precision are crucial. In a socially important operation within the public sector, you will lead the planning and execution of several major staff relocations involving a total of around 1,000 employees. Here, floor plans, placement, logistics, risk assessment, and coordination among many stakeholders must function as a whole.

You will become part of the IT department's administration and work closely with the operations before, during, and after the move. This role suits you if you are comfortable in complex project environments and thrive when you get to create order, drive decisions, and ensure that the execution works in practice. • You plan and lead larger staff and office relocations from preparation to execution and follow-up.
• You create structure in schedules, priorities, and coordination between involved functions.
• You work with floor plans and placement to ensure many parts function together efficiently.
• You lead meetings, check-ins, and dialogues with stakeholders before, during, and after the move.
• You identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and follow up on measures to minimize disruptions to operations.
• You incorporate security perspectives into planning and execution.
• You contribute to a smooth execution by driving the work forward independently and in close collaboration with the operations.

• At least 9 years of experience in project management.
• Experience working in projects within the public sector deemed equivalent.
• Documented experience with assignments related to large office/staff relocations.
• Documented experience working with risk assessments.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• You work in a structured, independent, and communicative manner in close dialogue with involved stakeholders.
• Ability to undergo and pass a security clearance check (requires Swedish citizenship; dual citizenship is not permitted).

• Experience working in security-classified operations.
• Experience working within the judiciary.
• Experience working within the public sector.
• Good understanding of processes related to large office relocations.
