About the role
As a Payroll Administrator, you will have overall responsibility for the payroll process, while simultaneously supporting the accounting manager with ongoing bookkeeping and accounts receivable/payable. You will become a key internal support function and a central figure working closely with both management and employees in a flat-hierarchy team.

It is a dynamic environment where you are expected to take initiative and handle various personnel and administrative tasks related to the business.
Here you are offered a developmental role with short decision-making paths and ample scope to shape your work. Naturally, you are covered by collective agreements, pension and wellness benefits, and work at a company that prioritizes joy, collaboration, and strong community.

It is an advantage if you have:

As a person, you are independent, ambitious, and have natural drive. As we grow, complete instructions are sometimes lacking, and you thrive when you can independently investigate issues and find your way forward. You have the courage to experiment, are not afraid to ask colleagues when you are stuck, and view it as a fun team effort to learn and find solutions together.
