Does the above sound like what you are looking for? This is a crucial role in our client's continued growth, and we will place great emphasis on both personality and previous experience. Regarding experience, we see that the right person is strong in three different areas:

Compensation & Benefits
You have competence and experience in Compensation & Benefits issues. Furthermore, we see that you have worked with pay mapping, pay structuring, and pay gap analyses. Due to your HR background, you are confident in HR-related discussions with customers and have the ability and competence to act as a consultant for customers within Compensation & Benefits.

Project Management
You have experience driving larger projects and managing multiple stakeholders. You work structured towards deadlines and have experience keeping complex implementations together.

Change Management
This becomes important as our client works to support customers in a significant change in their business. Therefore, you need to be good at driving change work, creating engagement among customers, and getting organizations to adopt new ways of working.

• Have at least 3 years of experience in compensation & benefits.
• Have experience in project management of complex and large projects.
• Master both Swedish and English very well in speech and writing.
• Thrive in a technical organization and have a desire and aptitude for working in a data-driven manner.

This is a direct recruitment. This means that we at OIO project manage the recruitment process, but you will sign a contract with and be employed by our client from day 1.
