We at Charlie are continuously looking for new customer service representatives for various assignments in Stockholm. As a customer service representative, you answer incoming inquiries via phone, chat, and email, helping customers with everything from payments and invoices to troubleshooting technical issues and deliveries.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is service-minded and enjoys problem-solving

• Has strong communication skills

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English

• Has a completed upper secondary education (high school diploma)

• Is currently studying or has another primary occupation

• Has experience from the service industry

• Experience from customer support is a plus

Your main responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via email

• Provide professional, solution-oriented, and personalized service

• Ensure a positive customer experience across all contact channels

• Help establish routines and processes for the customer service function

• Work closely with other teams to ensure smooth customer flows

• Contribute where needed in the business during the company's startup phase

The positions are on an as-needed basis and located in Stockholm. Working hours are scheduled during standard office hours, Monday–Friday.
