About the role – here are your new responsibilities 💫

In this role, you are responsible for recruiting and matching candidates to our assignments, as well as having personnel responsibility for consultants assigned to our customers. You build and maintain long-term relationships with both consultants and customers, and visit customers regularly to understand their operations and further develop the collaboration. The role is central to creating a positive and professional experience for all our stakeholders. You work commercially with a focus on identifying new opportunities with existing customers, and you also collaborate closely with our finance department regarding follow-up, invoicing, and payroll.

We believe that you, as an applicant:

  • Have a completed bachelor's degree in Human Resources or similar education

  • Have experience in recruitment and staffing, or previous experience with personnel responsibility for consultants or team leadership

  • Are social, confident in contacting new people, and thrive in a relationship-building role

  • Are business-minded, curious, and like to take initiative
