What are the responsibilities?

You will work with both existing and new clients as an Account Manager, Requirements Analyst, and Project Manager.

With existing clients, you are fully responsible for the collaboration and provide advice on business processes and organizational development. You stay updated on the organizations' operations and external events that impact them. Together with our experienced system administrators, you meet with clients to adapt their systems and processes. You plan and lead the work of developer teams of varying sizes connected to the clients, and together with peers in similar roles, you drive long-term planning and development.

With new and potential clients, you engage with organizations seeking system support that meets their needs. As a Requirements Analyst/Project Manager, you are part of the process of identifying these needs in close collaboration with the client and managing the process of meeting them with a Softadmin® system that fits. In this process, it is important that you are equally attentive to the client's story and capable of challenging established ways of working.

Who are we looking for?

We believe you are a person genuinely interested in civil society and, with that understanding, can engage with the organizations that are our current and potential clients. You understand how mission-driven organizations operate and how they differ from the commercial sector.

You have the ability to lead, organize, and structure processes in a way that meets the needs of people and organizations, handling situations where processes move at high speed as well as those that progress very slowly.

Meeting clients requires great curiosity and a willingness to understand both organizations and people. We believe you are inquisitive and a quick learner. You have the judgment to know when to challenge and when to adhere to statutes or other regulations.

Additional points for experience working with large non-profit organizations or trade unions. Another plus is experience with software development projects.
