At Lendo, we have a clear ambition: to make the loan market more transparent and digital for everyone. What started as a Swedish challenger has grown into the Nordics' leading loan marketplace, where we daily help customers in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark to consolidate and compare everything from personal loans, business loans to mortgages. Our goal is simple – to give consumers power over their own economy through smart, digital solutions.

We build our success on a culture where we live by our core values: customer centric, win as a team, focus on execution, and always improve. We are convinced that it is different perspectives, differences, and a strong shared drive that keep us developing. Right now, we are looking for the next colleague who wants to grow with us.

About the role

Lendo is in the midst of an exciting journey toward becoming a credit market company, and as part of this, we are now expanding our finance team. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a key role in designing and managing our treasury and regulatory compliance framework for this next chapter.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for capital and liquidity assessments (IKLU/ICLAAP), cash flow analyses, as well as financial reporting to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (FI) and other authorities.

This is a central role with great scope to make a difference, perfect for you who are a skilled specialist and appreciate complex financial modeling as well as meticulous regulatory work. Depending on your start date, you will help lay the foundation for these processes. We value an improvement-oriented mindset; you are someone who sees opportunities to develop, quality-assure, and simplify your own workflows, for example with the help of AI and automation tools.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Regulatory reporting: Take responsibility for the entirety of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to the FI, Swedish National Debt Office, Statistics Sweden (SCB), and other supervisory authorities, ensuring full compliance with external and internal regulations.
  • IKLU (ICLAAP) & modeling: Lead the parts of the IKLU process related to capital and liquidity needs. This includes financial modeling, stress tests, and scenario analyses.
  • Treasury & liquidity management: Monitor and analyze interest rates, credit spreads, and financing costs. Manage daily liquidity planning and handle contact with banks, investors, and the parent company.
  • Internal risk reporting: Compile and analyze internal reports regarding cash flow, LCR monitoring (Liquidity Coverage Ratio), capital adequacy, and overall financial risk.
  • Continuous improvements: Actively explore and implement smart solutions, automation, and AI tools to streamline financial reporting – with the goal of freeing up time from manual data compilation in favor of in-depth and value-creating analysis.
  • Financial reports: Contribute to the preparation and design of the company's annual report and take responsibility for the financial Pillar 3 reporting.

Who we think you are:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role within banking, fintech, or financial services, with a background in treasury and regulatory reporting.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Good understanding of financial regulations, capital adequacy requirements, and liquidity risk management (including IKLU/ICLAAP and LCR frameworks).
  • Tech-savvy & innovative: Very good skills in MS Excel, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and handling complex financial data sets. You enjoy using new technology and automation to change and improve.
  • Profile: Self-motivated, structured, and confident in working independently with significant personal responsibility. You combine a holistic perspective of the business with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Communication: Ability to collaborate in a flat hierarchy and effectively in both Swedish and English with internal colleagues, management, and external auditors, as well as the ability to make complex data understandable and useful for others.

We believe that people do their best work when met with trust and encouragement. Therefore, we offer great freedom of action, clear responsibility, and strong support from your colleagues. You will become part of a finance team that values well-being, high quality, and continuous learning. At Lendo, you work with modern tools in a flexible and hybrid work environment with offices in the city center.

Application / About the recruitment process

As part of our recruitment process, we work with work psychological tests through HI Assessments. We also conduct a mandatory background check on all final candidates. We always inform you as a candidate before the check is conducted.

We look forward to your application!

Please note regarding the summer period: Due to summer holidays, selection and interviews will begin during the second week of August. We look forward to your application and wish you a wonderful summer!
