We are looking for you who is an experienced consultant with a broad foundation in organizational and leadership development. You are confident in leading training and development initiatives, while also having the ability to immerse yourself in a business, understand needs, and translate them into relevant and accurate interventions. This can range from facilitating leadership programs and working with management teams to conducting assessments, handling conflicts, or supporting managers in their daily work.
An important part of the role is also the business perspective. You need to enjoy taking initiative, establishing contact with new clients, and building relationships over time. At our company, not all assignments come ready-made – you are involved in creating both the assignments and the client relationships, developing them further as your collaborations grow. We would appreciate it if you already have a network and client contacts that you can build upon, but above all, that you enjoy creating new relationships and developing business over time.

As an organizational consultant, your responsibilities includeleading and executing consulting assignments – from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up
building, maintaining, and developing long-term client relationships
working on sales of assignments to both new and existing clients
collaborating with colleagues in Stockholm and nationally
contributing to the further development of our services, working methods, and offerings
The assignments vary, but often revolve around areas such as leadership development, team and management team development, coaching for managers, conflict management, workplace environment assessments, training in workplace environment and stress, as well as organizational development.

We work based on science and proven experience with a behavioral psychological foundation and draw inspiration from both behavioral psychology and OBM (Organizational Behavior Management) as well as other relevant research within leadership, organization, and workplace environment. Our organizational consultants are primarily licensed psychologists with extensive experience in development work in both the public and private sectors. We have close collaboration both locally and nationally where we share experiences, develop methods, and collaborate on assignments when it creates added value for the customer.
As a consultant with us, you have the opportunity to combine independent work with close collaboration in a national network of experienced colleagues. We believe in sharing knowledge, supporting each other, and jointly developing both our customers and our business.
About YouWe are looking for you who is a licensed psychologist. Other relevant higher education in a related field may also be considered.
You have at least five years of experience working with organizational and leadership development and are accustomed to independently driving assignments from the first client dialogue to implementation and follow-up.
You have experience working with education, facilitation, coaching, or other development initiatives for managers, teams, and organizations. You also have experience selling and delivering qualified consulting services and are accustomed to building long-term business relationships.
We would appreciate it if you have experience working with clients in both the public and private sectors, as our assignments span both areas. If you also have an established network and established client relationships in the Stockholm region, we see this as an advantage.
To succeed in the role, you need to be customer-oriented, flexible, and confident in the consultant role. You thrive with a varied daily life, have good pedagogical skills, and feel comfortable in meetings with both individual managers and larger groups.
It is meritorious with relevant further education or certifications within areas such as OBM, GDQ, TeamPro, or other areas related to leadership and organizational development.
About the PositionThe location is Stockholm. Travel occurs to some extent within the Stockholm region and the rest of Sweden.
The position is full-time and starts as agreed.
