We are currently looking for a Back Office employee for a well-known technology company in Stockholm. Here you will have a central role in customer support, working with administration, case management, and operational support. This role is perfect for you who enjoy structure, have a strong service mindset, and thrive in a team where collaboration ensures smooth operations.

This position is a consultancy assignment through Futuria People. You will be employed by us but work on-site at the client's office in Solna. We are an authorized staffing and recruitment company with collective agreements, insurance, and pension benefits. About the role

You will become part of the Back Office team, jointly responsible for handling administrative cases and supporting the business behind the scenes. The role involves close collaboration with technical specialists and internal colleagues, as well as some contact with customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming cases via case management systems
  • Registering and administering cases and certificates
  • Handling invoicing and credit notes
  • Registering new customers and facilities in the systems
  • Supporting technical specialists in their daily work
  • Handling customer cases via phone and email when needed
  • Assisting in the planning and coordination of assignments

Phone duties are a minor part of the role but may occur when customer support needs relief.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in administration, customer support, or a similar role (experience in financial administration is a big plus)
  • Is proficient in working with various IT systems
  • Has experience in case management or administrative follow-up
  • Has experience in administrative work involving invoicing and credit notes
  • Is meticulous and structured in your approach to work
  • Is service-oriented and enjoys supporting both colleagues and customers
  • Has good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written

Additional information

Start: Immediately
Scope: Full-time, 07:30–16:00
Location: Stockholm, Solna
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
