About the role
We are recruiting a Project Administrator on behalf of our client. The company has several offices in Sweden with operations from north to south and a workforce of over a hundred employees. At the office in the Stockholm area, you will become part of a group of engaged colleagues. You will be introduced to a welcoming environment and offered training and support from your colleagues.
The position is a 6-month consultancy assignment.

Responsibilities
As a Project Administrator, your main responsibility will be to create routines and handle the daily administration for project managers. You will manage information flows, organize, and follow up on work.
The role is highly varied, and your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Booking travel, hotels, meetings, and conferences.
- Project administration.
- Purchasing office supplies, work clothes, and safety equipment.
- Booking training for staff in collaboration with HR.
- Creating structures and working extensively in Excel.
Who we are looking for
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within larger projects.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- A valid B-class driver's license.
