About the role
In this role, you will be the face of the building and the natural point of contact for tenants, visitors, and partners. With warmth, professionalism, and engagement, you will contribute to making every meeting a positive experience.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the launch phase of a new property. During the first few months, you will be involved in developing routines and working methods before the tenants move in. You will be part of a service team responsible for the reception and daily service in the building. When operations are fully underway, you will become a natural part of the daily life for both tenants and visitors, with the goal of always offering professional, personal, and welcoming service.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
- Welcoming employees and visitors
- Various administrative tasks
- Handling phone calls and emails
- Responsible for common areas and rounds in the building
- Bookings and orders
- Mail handling and deliveries
- Key management and access card systems
- Contact with suppliers

Experience from a similar service or reception role is meritorious. If you have also been part of a launch phase and contributed to creating routines and working methods from scratch, we see this as a huge plus!
Requirements for the position
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
- Comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite
- Completed high school education
About the employment
Employment: Permanent with an initial six-month probationary period
Full-time: 100%
Start date: September 1, 2026
Working hours: Monday-Friday, varying hours between 06:30 and 20:00
