About the position

As a Consultant Manager, you will face a daily routine filled with new, exciting challenges! You will be responsible for developing and supporting our consultants in their assignments through regular check-ins, employee conversations, and questions about professional development. Additionally, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from selection and interviews to hiring.

The role requires a strong sense of responsibility and involves independent work with a focus on business and quality, often against challenging deadlines. You will have daily contact with candidates, consultants, and clients via phone, digital platforms, and in-person meetings, and your work contributes to strengthening us as a company and our client relationships.

A driving license is required, as well as post-secondary education in HR or similar, and previous experience in recruitment or staffing is advantageous.
