As a summer substitute, you will support one of the Ministry of Social Affairs' units where you will continuously perform tasks of varying nature and difficulty.

The following units are looking for administrators during the summer:

• Unit for Health and Civil Society (HC)
• Unit for Social Services and Disability Policy (SOF)
• Social Insurance Unit (SF)
• Unit for EU and International Affairs (EIS)
• Unit for Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Issues (SL)

The tasks may include, for example: simpler administrative tasks, environmental and fact collection, administrative tasks, support in case management or internal processes.

Your background

To be considered, you need to:

• have an ongoing or completed academic education deemed relevant
• have completed an internship at the Government Offices as part of your higher education during HT 2025 or VT 2026
• have very good knowledge of Swedish and English
• have good knowledge of the Office suite

It is meritorious if you:

• have knowledge about the Ministry of Social Affairs' issues, as well as knowledge about the current unit's issues.

Your qualities
