Payroll Specialist Wanted at Recruitive

Recruitive is currently seeking a self-driven Payroll Specialist for a long-term assignment for one of our clients. The role is based in a central office in Stockholm, with the possibility to work from home a few days a week.

About the Role

As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the entire payroll process in Crona Lön. Initially, you will work with a company that has approximately 900 employees, with the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for more companies within the group. You will become a key person in the payroll function and work independently with high quality and structure.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage payroll runs in Crona Lön
• Be responsible for the entire payroll process from start to finish
• Handle discrepancies, control, and quality assurance of payrolls
• Support managers and employees with payroll-related questions
• Eventually take responsibility for more companies within the organization

We are looking for someone who

• Has extensive experience in payroll work and must have worked in Crona Lön
• Is confident, structured, and self-driven in the entire payroll process
• Thrives in a role with significant personal responsibility
• Is solution-oriented and quality-conscious
• Is looking for a long-term full-time position

Practical Information

Scope: Full-time
Start: Immediately, no later than April 7
Location: Central Stockholm (hybrid work possible)
Salary: 43,000 SEK/month
