Sabbatsbergsbyn is a residence with 106 apartments distributed across three buildings.

Nine departments are for those with a diagnosed dementia disease, and two departments are for those who, for physical reasons, require care and support around the clock. Sabbatsbergsbyn is a residence in central Stockholm between S:t Eriksplan and Odenplan. It is a centrally located nursing home in Vasastan with green areas around the corner. In the Garden of the Senses, we meet for barbecues, gymnastics, entertainment, and coffee.

Your role

As a staffing coordinator, a large part of the work involves scheduling and staffing. This means long-term schedule planning, handling acute and short-term staffing, calling in staff based on our agreements, supporting employees with scheduling questions, and being responsible for staffing economics.

Other tasks include assisting with payroll data upon request, handling service cards, contributing to development work, introducing new staff, and other administrative tasks based on the needs of the units.

Your skills and experience

For this position, you need:

• post-secondary education from an administrative program
• experience in scheduling and staffing in operations that run around the clock
• experience with the planning system Medvind
• good knowledge of labor law (ATL, LAS, collective agreements, vacation)
• very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• working in the systems LISA self-service, Agresso, or Excel
• scheduling and staffing for larger operations, approximately 100 employees
• similar roles within municipal operations
• care and support.

As the sole staffing coordinator, you are self-sufficient, and since you are in contact with many people, you also have good collaboration skills. Finally, you are goal- and result-oriented and have a holistic view to ensure effective resource utilization and good financial standing.
