Your Role

As a payroll administrator, you play an important role in ensuring that all employees receive the correct salary on time. You are responsible for handling ongoing personnel and payroll administrative tasks with high quality and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities include:

Administration: You ensure quality and register payroll-related documents.
Internal Service: You are a helpful contact point for our colleagues via chat, phone, and email.
Government Contact: You handle reporting to authorities such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency.

You will be part of our HR administration team and report to the Head of HR Service Delivery.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education, combined with ongoing or completed higher education focused on payroll. Experience in independent payroll administration for at least 500 employees – preferably collective agreement employees – is highly meritorious. We also see it as a positive if you have experience from the grocery retail sector and are familiar with working in Google Workspace and SAP Payroll.
