As a customer service representative during the summer, you will be part of our close-knit team that delivers top-class service together.

You will have daily contact with our customers and assist them with questions regarding orders, deliveries, and products. The role suits you if you are structured, solution-oriented, and enjoy working in a team where everyone supports each other.

• Handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone

• Assisting customers with questions about orders, deliveries, and products

• Updating and managing customer orders

• Handling payment issues related to Klarna and PayPal

• Managing complaints and liaising with carriers (Postnord, Bring, DHL, etc.)

• Answering basic technical questions about products

• Working in various systems related to order and customer management

To thrive in this role, we believe you:

• Have experience in customer service or similar work (preferable but not required)

• Have an interest in gaming and technology

• Are structured and detail-oriented

• Are comfortable working in different IT systems

• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple inquiries simultaneously

You are a positive and service-oriented person who enjoys helping others. You take responsibility, are solution-oriented, and find it easy to collaborate. You thrive in a fast-changing environment and contribute energy to the team.

• Employment type: Summer temp (fixed-term employment)

• Period: June – August (exact dates to be agreed upon)

• Working hours: Full-time, weekdays 08:00–17:00

• Location: MaxGaming's office in Upplands Väsby

• For the right person, there is an opportunity for continued employment after the summer, with a chance for a probationary position before our peak season starting in November.
