Responsibilities and Tasks
As a strategic coordinator, you will play a key role in developing the agency's collaboration with other actors.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and following up on collaboration structures, strategies, and working methods for the agency's cooperation with various actors, such as disbursing and law enforcement government agencies, unemployment insurance funds, and municipalities.
Your role includes planning and driving collaboration work at a strategic level, supporting management in collaboration issues, and coordinating collaboration efforts at a tactical/operational level within the agency's various collaboration structures. You will have overall responsibility for the relationship with prioritized actors to listen to needs and ensure communication and anchoring between different levels. Your role includes planning, conducting, and following up on meetings and workshops, developing improvement proposals, driving issues and cases, and preparing decision-making materials.
The Communication and Collaboration Unit belongs to the newly established department of management and development governance. The department also includes the security unit, development governance unit, and management staff. This is a role for you who thrive in a changing environment where not everything is finished, and you have the opportunity to influence structures, processes, and priorities.
We are looking for someone who has
- A relevant academic education as assessed by the employer
- At least three years of experience leading and driving collaboration between government agencies
- Experience in public sector governance and decision-making processes
- Experience in change management, project management, or process management
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish
It is advantageous if you also have
- Experience in developing pedagogical and communicative presentation materials
- Experience working in one of the government agencies affiliated with the Payment Authority's operations
- Experience collaborating with the municipal sector
- Experience participating in the establishment of a new organization and/or experience working as management support
Desired Skills and Abilities
To succeed in the role of strategic coordinator, you have good collaboration skills, are relationship-building, and are skilled in verbal communication. Furthermore, you are structured, have a good overall perspective, and possess problem-solving analytical skills. As a person, you are also goal- and result-oriented.
Other
The place of work is in Stockholm. The agency is located in modern premises near Gullmarsplan. The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. Security clearance may be required. You may be assigned to the agency in case of war.
