YOUR FUTURE WORKPLACE

We are now looking for a part-time receptionist with a high sense of service who is passionate about helping colleagues and welcoming visitors in the best way for our client's office located in central Stockholm.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you are an important person in ensuring a high level of service for everyone in the office and are the face of the company. You will work together with a colleague in the reception but also independently with varying tasks, both typical reception duties and administrative tasks. In this role, you will be mobile in the office and have a central role in creating an inspiring and pleasant work environment. You will, among other things, welcome visitors, prepare conference rooms, organize events, and place orders for office supplies or refreshments.

In this role, you will work with a variety of tasks, which will include:

• Welcoming and receiving visitors

• Preparing breakfast and refreshments

• Handling mail and deliveries

• Receiving incoming calls

• Conducting office rounds

• Switchboard and email management

• Ensuring the office is tidy and welcoming

• Preparing for meetings and internal events

• Administrative tasks such as ordering office supplies and supplier contact

WHO ARE YOU?

To thrive in this role, you have a high sense of service and are both social and outgoing. You have previous experience in reception.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing structure or quality.

As a person, you are proactive and self-assured – you dare to make decisions, take responsibility for your work, and see what needs to be done without waiting for instructions. You are solution-oriented and unpretentious, and you are happy to contribute that little extra to ensure that both customers and colleagues feel welcomed and well taken care of.

• Have experience in the receptionist profession

• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently

• Have good knowledge of the Office suite
