Job Description

As a Total Rewards Partner, you will be a key person in ensuring that AFRY's global Total Rewards models function in a Swedish context. Sweden is AFRY's largest market (approximately 50% of the group), making the role both strategically important and operationally varied.

You will support managers and HR across the entire Total Rewards area, including:

  • Salary structures and market data
  • Job architecture and career paths
  • Benefits, pensions, and insurances
  • Annual salary review and pay equity
  • Bonus and incentive programs
  • Implementation of the EU's pay transparency directive and other regulatory requirements
  • Governance, guidelines, and methodology

The role is based in Corporate Total Rewards with a focus on Sweden. You will work closely with the global Total Rewards team, Swedish People & Culture, and People and Labour Relations. Here, you will have a significant mandate to influence the compensation area in AFRY's main market and become part of an experienced international team. You will be based at the office in Solna with the possibility of some remote work.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Drive and implement AFRY's Total Rewards work in Sweden in close collaboration with the global team
  • Develop and analyze processes related to pensions, insurance, and benefits, and contribute to global Total Rewards initiatives
  • Act as an advisor and expert support to managers and HR
  • Participate in and lead global Total Rewards projects with a Swedish focus
  • Plan and conduct training and communication within Total Rewards

Qualifications

We are looking for someone experienced in Total Rewards who wants to help develop, quality assure, and implement AFRY's compensation strategy. You thrive in a role where strategic and operational work meet, and where analysis, project management, and close collaboration with the organization are a natural part of everyday life.

You are structured, pedagogical, and confident in your expertise. You build trust with managers, HR, and union representatives and have a professional, solution-oriented, and unpretentious approach.

We believe you have:

  • Several years of experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards in a larger organization
  • Good understanding of Swedish labor law and collective agreements related to compensation and benefits
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and decision-making materials
  • Excellent communication and training skills in both Swedish and English
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with many different stakeholders
