H I Law Firm specializes in business law, family law, franchise, and immigration law. We are now looking for a new colleague to assist our lawyers in their daily work.
As a Legal Assistant, your work will consist of:
- Receiving calls
- Managing emails and the firm's social media
- Document handling
- Information structuring
- Scheduling client meetings
- Assisting the lawyers in their daily tasks
At H I Law Firm, we will provide you with ongoing coaching and support to prepare you for more in-depth legal work.
- Initial review of legal cases before they are handled by a lawyer.
- Gathering documentation and preparing legal documents.
We are looking for someone who can maintain a high level of service and perform in a fast-paced environment. It is an advantage if you have previously worked in an assistant role at a law firm. A requirement is that you are proficient in English in addition to Swedish.
