Warmly welcome to apply for the position of Business Developer with a focus on documentation and process guidance HSL.
We are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating and driving development together with others. The position is part of the development unit along with other expert functions, where the immediate supervisor is the deputy department head.

We offer you an exciting job where you will be involved in driving the development of Kungsholmen's activities within elderly care. In the unit, there are engaged colleagues with various specialist competencies who support and learn from each other. We are located in modern premises on Flemminggatan in the technical committee building, close to both trains, subway, and bus.
Your role
You will support operations in their development of health and medical care documentation as well as SOL documentation. You will do this through guidance and training in journal systems, ICF, and KVÅ. You will lead the network for documentation guides within the district, collaborate with MAS/MAR, and with process leaders within the City of Stockholm. You will work on producing statistics requested within the administration, such as from the BPSD register. You will work operationally with digital signing, support in working methods and routines. You will conduct follow-ups of documentation through journal reviews. You will have a central role in the implementation of a new journal system planned for the coming year.
Your skills and experience
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist with several years of experience in elderly care and development work. You also need to have knowledge of ICF and KVÅ, experience in training and supporting employees in documentation, good knowledge of the laws, governing documents, and regulations that govern elderly care, experience in implementation and project management, as well as a good ability to express yourself in the Swedish language in speech and writing and good IT skills.
It is an advantage if you have experience in implementing a new journal system. It is also advantageous to have knowledge in cognition and BPSD.

You have the ability to work with parallel tasks and adapt to changing circumstances. Furthermore, you should also be a good communicator, comfortable standing in front of a group, and skilled at conveying your message. You see both needs and opportunities for development, initiate, follow up, and evaluate. You collaborate well with others, listen, communicate, and are solution-focused.

To work with the elderly and people with disabilities in their homes at the City of Stockholm, you must provide an extract from the criminal record. The extract must not be older than 6 months from the date of issue.
The Department of Elderly Care is responsible for assistance handling and various interventions that enable the elderly to have their care needs met. Here there are care and nursing homes, service houses, support for relatives, day activities, and home care. The administration applies full-time as the norm, and you will be employed within Kungsholmen's elderly care.
